Our current spectrum of production of plastic parts ranges from the standard measurements of a component weight of .04 g to 1.2 kg. We can enlarge these values depending on your specifications in any desired direction.
In addition, it is possible to enclose the metal parts by injection moulding and to assemble two materail moulding groups.
Furthermore, the assembly groups can be removed with the modern robot systems from the injection moulding machine, which is then finished in the following processes:
- Construction of assembly parts and their examination
- Ultrasonic welding
- Printing on plastic parts
- Milling of plastic parts
- Surface finishing of plastic parts
- Overmolding of plastic parts or inserts
